3. radicalaccounting: A better practice than to sort through that list of things that aren't job costed is to job cost everything, by having an "admin" account, another name for "overhead". Some clients prefer their company name, because everyone understands "this is a company expense". But not job costing overhead items is hard to audit, and self-auditing is everything. That's my 2 cents, lol.
